I got checked in and recharged - myself and my phone.
Then I headed out to start my adventures. I went back on the train to Copenhagen main train station.
A typical large bustling station with multiple tracks and fast food places galore. Right across the street from the station is Tivoli Gardens so that was very easy.
Tivoli Gardens is a large amusement park I believe the second oldest in the world. As well as many rides there are beautiful gardens, several stages, an aquarium and just lots to look at. I got supper from a hamburger stand.
They normally have a pantomime or ballet on a Saturday evening except today and I couldn't make it until 11.45 for the fireworks but I enjoyed just wandering around checking things out.
It was already a long day so that was enough for me.

Ah, Tivoli Gardens! It's been many years since we've been there. I remember an underground concourse near there which had a multitude of shops. Be sure to look for Fazer Mints when you are there ... they are delicious & we seldom find them here.
